Company History

Shinclair Company platform began as Shinclair Company sponsored private offline savings platform under World Stock Exchange market for a few trusted personnel from 2005. After members came to an agreement, more classified features were introduced that came fully to service as from April 10th, 2013 (digital marketing and affiliate products).

They saw this of big benefit to the public to enable services reach as many people as possible. Thus the company upgraded from an offline saving platform to an online platform which led to the need for coming up with a web application to make it easier for new investors to access the services.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the authority to accept this Agreement if acting on behalf of an entity

Shinclair Company may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Non-professional Investment Acknowledgment: Individual to take risk prior to sole decision in agreement to all terms of use.

Important: User agrees that it may bring claims against Shinclair Company only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Integration and Severability

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Shinclair Company with respect to the Service and use of the Site. If any provision is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Customer Legal Requirements
